Channing Frye out indefinitely with Suns because of enlarged heart

Channing Frye during his Arizona days

Thoughts and prayers go out to former Arizona basketball star Channing Frye, who has spent the last three seasons with the Phoenix Suns. Frye, 29, was experiencing a promising career. The Suns announced Thursday that Frye will be out indefinitely because of an enlarged heart. He will be diagnosed again in December, at which time it will be determined if Frye can return to the court. Let’s hope he does what is best for his health. That’s all that matters.
