Tucson High has plenty of state championships to its name from baseball to football but there have been no trophies dedicated to soccer.  In fact, the Badgers have never even been in a championship match but that is about to change.

No. 4 Tucson High took care of No. 9 Yuma Kofa 3-0 on Wednesday to advance to their first shot at a state title.  The Badgers will be going up against No. 6 Glendale Copper Canyon.

The final will be shown live on Fox Sports Arizona.

Giovanni Ahumada scored two goals and Julian Gaona scored the other goal. The Badgers are undefeated (23-0-3).
