Post 7 Tucson Badgers battled Nevada (LV Knights) back and forth through five innings before pulling away for a 17-7 run-rule victory Friday in Boulder, Colorado.

Trevelle Hill took the mound for Tucson and he gave way to Miguel Figueroa in the fifth inning. Hill picked up the win with both pitchers combining for seven strikeouts.

Figueroa, Andres Hackman and Manny Ramirez all homered for Tucson while Jacob Federico, Jesus Bracamontes put up doubles along with Figueroa and Hackman. Hackman finished with seven RBIs and Alex Kelch had three.

Tucson (2-1) will face either Hawaii, California or New Mexico on Saturday in the semifinal round at 1 p.m.
