— Marana achieved its first win over CDO in school history.

— Desert View remained unbeaten, defeating rival Sunnyside for the first time since 1989.

— Cienega’s Jemarye Joiner scored on a 7-yard TD run against Tucson High.

Breaben Bolton of Cienega scored on a TD run.

Sauvaughn Carter scored on a touchdown dun for Cienega.

Aaron Sauls fourth different Cienega player to score against Tucson.

Dakota Poe makes it five different Cienega scorers against the Badgers. He later scored again.

Terell Hayward increased it to six different Cienega players to score a TD. Make it seven with Thomas Webb scoring.

Aaron Aros made a FG in addition to nine extra-point attempts.

— Flowing Wells QB Dylan Allison completed a 30-yard yard TD pass to Xavier Hawkins against Deming (NM). Allison later connected on a 60-yard touchdown pass to T.J. Florence.

— The Caballeros’ Jose Suarez scored on a 55-yard run.

— Salpointe’s Sean Barton completed two TD passes (10 and 24 yards) to DeMarco Vasquez against Pueblo. Barton also scored on a 31-yard run.

— Pueblo’s Dominique Carrillo scored on a 51-yard run against Salpointe.

Bijan Robinson 46-yard catch set up a Trevor Volpe 5-yard scoring run in the third quarter for the Lancers. It was Volpe’s second scoring run of the game.

— The Warriors’ Daniel Vega threw a 72-yard TD pass to Armando Lucero.

Chris Galaz of Douglas had a 51-yard run against Buena, setting up a 7-yard scoring run by Pablo Bello. Galaz later threw a 24-yard TD pass to Mario Meza.

Andres Robles also had a 3-yard TD run for Douglas.

— Marana’s Connor Leavens scored on a 6-yard run against CDO.

Manuel Miranda of Marana rushed for three touchdowns against the Dorados.

Isaiah Lovett pulled in a 15-yard TD pass to give Mountain View a 26-14 lead over Poston Butte in the second quarter.

— Desert View’s Alex Courtemarche scored on a 5-yard TD run to put Desert View up 14-0 at halftime against Sunnyside.

— CDO’s Elijah Carey, Ka’Deem’s brother, scored on a long TD run against Marana.

Koltin Feery of Empire caught a 41-yard touchdown pass against Sahuarita.

— Tucson receiver David Montes caught a 39-yard TD reception agains Cienega. Jorge Flores also scored from 1 yard out.
